Carrie’s distinct way of thinking and zeal for result-oriented execution will add focus and direction to WHITE’s goals, both short and long term, in addition to advancing how we transform ourselves into a more integrated team.
Herndon, VA (PRWEB) October 07, 2014
Today, Matt White, Chief Executive Officer of WHITE, announced that Carrie Edwards, Chief Strategy Officer and Partner, has been promoted to President of the 50-year old Agency after 21 years of service.
In addition to Edwards’ astute and penetrating strategic strengths, the success of her team-building wins for clients both local and national, such as EDS, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Qwest Communications, PRC, Military One Source and most recently, Strayer University, have made her an invaluable asset at WHITE for the past two decades.
“They say you need to do your next job before you get promoted. That being said, I probably should have done this a long time ago,” explains CEO, Matt White. “Fortunately for us, Carrie’s distinct way of thinking and zeal for result-oriented execution will add focus and direction to WHITE’s goals, both short and long term, in addition to advancing how we transform ourselves into a more integrated team.”
Having spent the last 21 years expanding WHITE’s business, and leading the Agency Strategy and Research team and pillar client accounts, Edwards takes on the new role of President, leading the way for continued growth of the business.
“I’ve been lucky to work alongside the best in the business, and am honored by the opportunity to serve as President at WHITE,” said Edwards. “With the Agency celebrating a half-century this year, we continue to lead the charge in the always-evolving business of advertising. Our digital-first approach, driven by strategies and campaigns, generates action and delivers results, and I couldn't be more proud to serve alongside the talented people at WHITE who will continue this success into the future.”
Appropriately, Edwards' strategic methodology is key in WHITE’s ability to deliver winning outcomes. She will continue to serve alongside CEO Matt White, and the Partners at the Agency.
