Alison Miller Joins GCG® as Senior Consultant, Business Development

In this role, Miller will focus on new client outreach initiatives and will drive the Company’s business strategy with GCG’s professional network of top-tier restructuring lawyers, distressed investing firms and companies, and financial advisors.

Miller most recently served as the director of Business Development at Donlin, Recano & Company, Inc., where she was tasked with originating and developing key client relationships to grow company market share and visibility. Prior to that, Miller served as counsel at the law firm Kirkland & Ellis LP, where she focused on corporate restructuring matters and complex bankruptcy cases. During her career, she also served as a legal intern to the Honorable Chief Judge Stuart M. Bernstein in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Miller earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from Humboldt State University, magna cum laude.
