Palmetto Primary Care Physicians (PPCP) Selects eGroup to Design and Support 24x7 Computing Infrastructure

PPCP’s hyper growth across the state of South Carolina has been well documented and, as a result, required a strategic partner to help support its many current and planned technology initiatives such as Electronic Health Records, Care Coordination, and Population Health and Revenue Cycles.
The new computing platform, engineered by eGroup, will be based on the following components: Cisco UCS/Nexus 9000 series compute and converged network, EMC VMAX for primary data storage of Tier-1 systems, EMC XtremIO Active/Active X-Bricks HA, and EMC Isilon Scale-out NAS.
