Realogics Sotheby's International Realty Welcomes the High Point Group to Growing Bainbridge Island Branch; Opens Second Gallery Office
Bainbridge Island, WA (PRWEB) October 07, 2014 -- Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, the Pacific Northwest’s largest affiliate for the fast-growing global real estate network, announced today that Paul Holzman and Mudge Mair of the High Point Group have joined its Bainbridge Island branch operations and will open a second office located at 300 High School Road.
“We are very excited to have both Paul and Mudge join us along with their dedicated team members Nick Green and Patrick Hodge,” says Marilyn Turner, the Bainbridge Island Branch Manager for Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. “With more than fifty years of combined experience and a depth of knowledge about the local housing market here on Bainbridge Island, our community and our expanding network will be well-served by their contributions.”
Prior to moving to Bainbridge Island fifteen years ago, Holzman was an accomplished broker in San Francisco for more than twenty years. Having personally witnessed San Francisco emerge as a global city, he’s convinced that the Seattle area, including Bainbridge Island, is destined for the same international notoriety. Mudge has been a Bainbridge Island resident since 1975, and has been serving the island real estate community for twenty-three years.
“Mudge and I are truly honored to be invited to this impressive brokerage as a team producer,” says Holzman. “We are eager to commence operations with a greatly enhanced marketing presence and access to an unparalleled network of brokers in key markets that we collaborate with.”
Turner says the second location offers room to welcome several new brokers to the firm while also gaining visibility to local residents that frequent the popular regional shopping center. The new, boutique gallery office is located adjacent to The Best Western Hotel, targeting visitors to Bainbridge Island and customers visiting a new Starbucks retail store that’s under construction across the street.
RSIR has quickly grown on Bainbridge Island from a start-up in 2011 to the third highest grossing brokerage firm, with two of the top five producing brokers in the highly competitive marketplace. The collective of seventeen brokers consistently represents the highest average buying, selling and listing priced homes in Kitsap County. The Puget Sound Business Journal recognizes Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty amongst the top 100 “Fastest Growing Private Companies” in 2014 for the third year in a row. The Sotheby’s International Realty network is now comprised of more than 15,000 independent sales associates in 720 offices operating in 52 countries and territories around the world. Recently, the global network began operations in Beijing, the first affiliate to open in Mainland China and a direct referral from principals of RSIR.
