IVCi Names Kip Bedell Director of PMO (Project Management Office)

Mr. Bedell will serve as the backbone to the successful project management team at IVCi and brings new efficiencies and solutions to the team. In this role, he will concentrate on growing the project management team, ensuring successful implementations and further developing our AV implementation process.
IVCi has revolutionized the implementation of audio visual solutions, delivering high quality implementations to customers on time and under budget. Mr. Bedell brings deep AV experience and will expand IVCi’s capabilities and ability to effectively manage national projects.
AV implementations are complex and IVCi differentiates itself through its audio visual integration process from the beginning, with the use of proprietary workforce management software developed and owned internally. The tools are specifically designed for the AV Industry and are built around industry best practices for project management and resource optimization. This software in combination with IVCi’s Centralized Manufacturing Process followed by a Full Functionality Testing (FFT) process ensures the highest quality and minimizes down time for customers. As part of Mr. Bedell’s responsibilities he will oversee these programs as well as expand IVCi’s capabilities.

Prior to joining IVCi, Mr. Bedell served as Operations Manager for AVI-SPL; in this capacity he led the daily operations for the northeastern region overseeing countless implementations. With over 22 years of experience in the audio-visual systems integration industry, including 15 years of project management experience, Mr. Bedell effectively increased revenues through proven successes in standardization, utilization, and improved efficiencies. He brings multiple certifications from various organizations demonstrating his current knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies.
