MMI announced today that its CEO, Tina Lux-Boim, has recently joined the TSIA Partner Advisory Board, and the company will attend the TSW/EXPO in Las Vegas Monday, Oct. 20th through Wednesday, Oct. 22nd. MMI’s CEO joins the TSW event panel for a discussion of Best Practices for Selecting an Outsourcer/Strategic Partner. “We are delighted to have our CEO present at another large technology conference. Tina recently spoke at the RSPA RetailNOW event where she was recognized by attendees as having a strong command over the topic of increasing service revenues, and also provided valuable insights to technology providers on how they can adjust their strategy to attain more service contracts renewal revenues.” commented Trish McLoughlin, MMI Director of Marketing & Business Development.

“I am honored to be a member of the TSIA Partner Advisory Board, commented Lux-Boim. “This Board represents the overall TSIA partner community and provides input on TSIA partner program offerings, initiatives, market/industry trends, and feedback on ways to strengthen the community.”

The TSW Service Transformations Conference takes a more forward-looking and strategic approach at technology services. Industry thought leaders, and those who are in the process of transforming their service businesses, are given stage time and new TSIA thought leadership research is presented to help advance collective industry thinking.

“The TSW Conference focuses on corporate growth in the age of services. MMI is excited to exhibit at this event and educate organizations on how to grow top-line revenue and use data to identify new sales opportunities while streamlining and reducing administrative costs in the support contact and maintenance marketplace” commented Ms. McLoughlin.
