Sednek has over a decade of experience working with online and virtual teams in global organizations including Cisco, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, and Adobe. As a Sr. Learning and Collaboration Consultant at WebEx, Sednek designed and implemented the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the UK's Virtual Leadership Conference, a six-year project designed to connect 260 British diplomats deployed in more than 85 countries.
She was recently cited as an expert in the article Want More Productive Meetings? Throw Out Your Conference Table! in Entrepreneur Magazine's online edition.
Sednek is a thought leader on virtual learning topics, and has presented on learning and collaboration at the MASIE Learning conferences and has been featured on national webinars for WebEx Learning and the eLearning Guild. She has a Masters in Organizational Conflict Resolution from Antioch University and a Bachelors in Communications, Sociology, and Peace and Conflict Studies from University of Colorado.
