Company Recognized for Superior Customer Service Among Nation's Online Retailers

CheckAdvantage is proud to announce that it has been named a winner in the 15th annual Bizrate Circle of Excellence. The Award recognizes retailers that received outstanding online customer satisfaction scores throughout a one-year period, rated by millions of verified online buyers.

Only 140 online retailers earned this title, representing the top 2.9% of retailers in North America. Bizrate® Insights is a Connexity company and one of the largest sources of consumer-generated reviews of online retailers in the United States.

Bizrate Circle of Excellence winners were chosen based on two categories. First was point of sale metrics such as: overall satisfaction, product selection, on-time delivery, and ease of finding. The second was post order fulfillment metrics such as repurchase intent, ensuring the product met expectations, and customer support.
