It is through this support that we are able to continue to provide quality resources for families touched by special needs.

Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, eLogic Learning (eLogic) is an award-winning LMS and learning solutions provider founded on the principle that the most valuable asset of top performing companies is the people behind it. Giving back to the community is at the core of eLogic’s company philosophy. With each sale eLogic makes, a portion of the proceeds is donated to a non-profit or charity selected by an employee.

Local non-profit organization, Buddy Cruise, has been the recipient of thousands of dollars from eLogic. The mission of Buddy Cruise is “to provide educational opportunities and resources for families, while promoting awareness, acceptance, and inclusion for individuals with Down syndrome and Developmental Delay through unique venues.” eLogic is a sponsor of the 2014 Buddy Cruise taking place from October 13-18.

“We are extremely grateful for the support that eLogic Learning has given to Buddy Cruise this year and in past years,” says Pamela Arnoldson, Buddy Cruise Director. “It is through this support that we are able to continue to provide quality resources for families touched by special needs.”

The 2014 Buddy Cruise will sail from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Roatan, Honduras and Cozumel, Mexico. The event provides a supportive environment where participants can connect with others in similar situations and form lifelong friendships. Along with plenty of time for fun and relaxation, the cruise also provides educational opportunities with presenters and interactive workshops covering special needs related topics.

eLogic believes that its donations program has made a difference, not only to the organizations it supports, but in the perspectives of its employees and clients.

“Jorge Arnoldson, a Senior Programmer at eLogic, introduced us to the Buddy Cruise several years ago,” says Mark Anderson, CEO of eLogic Learning. “We are honored to sponsor this great organization and the impact it brings to the members and the families. If you have never heard of it, check it out. I can assure you it’s worth your time.”
