Syndetix Incorporated Acquired by Defense Industry Veteran
Las Cruces, NM (PRWEB) October 10, 2014 -- Syndetix Incorporated announced its acquisition by Defense Industry veteran Kevin Ruelas, effective September 12th 2014. Mr. Ruelas will assume the role of President and CEO of Syndetix immediately upon closing.
Mr. Ruelas is a former Army Officer and a Service Disabled Veteran who has an extensive track record of growing a number of Defense and Government related companies. His last position was President and CEO of Channel Technologies Group in Santa Barbara, CA. “I am extremely excited to take over the reins of Syndetix Inc. at this exciting time in its history, as we begin to develop new products and new solutions for our growing customer base. I look forward to bringing my background in defense services and hardware solutions to the company and our prime partners”, said Mr. Ruelas.
Departing President Victor Chavez said; “I am pleased to be leaving Syndetix in the capable hands of Mr. Ruelas.
