New Direction IRA will lead an informative workshop for real estate investors at the upcoming Real Estate Investors Success Summit hosted by Pine Financial in Minneapolis on October 18.
Pine Financial Group holds educational events in Minnesota and Colorado for real estate investors. The event, which runs from 8 am to 5 pm, provides a unique platform for New Direction IRA to educate an active investor community with a common interest.
New Direction IRA Co-Founder Bill Humphrey said the workshop is an excellent opportunity for investors to get important information about investing IRA funds in the real estate marketplace while keeping the tax advantages associated with the account.
“Bring your ideas and questions to our workshop. We will describe how self-directed IRAs move retirement savings into a position to invest in any type of real estate strategy, and then we can discuss any details that you may need,” Humphrey said. “We will discuss the way that real estate investors can utilize their knowledge of retirement accounts to make money both inside their IRA and also for their personal finances.”
Clay Malcolm, a self-directed IRA expert who gives presentations all across the country, will host the event on October 18. Malcolm will introduce New Direction IRA’s newest technological advancements for account holders as well as review IRS topics that relate to IRAs.
New Direction IRA will also have a table with educational information. New Direction staff will be available to answer questions as well as describe the ways that IRAs can invest in real estate strategies like fix and flips, fix and holds, residential rentals, leveraging account funds, commercial buildings, land speculation, and more.
In the coming weeks, visit New Direction IRA at the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) convention in Charlotte, NC and the National Association of Realtors Convention in New Orleans, LA or attend one of our Continuing Education classes.
