Top Online Label Retailer Snags Highest Honors for Superior Customer Service and Satisfaction

OnlineLabels.com, a leading supplier of blank and custom printed labels, has been announced as a winner of the 15th annual Bizrate Platinum Circle of Excellence Award for exceptional customer service and overall satisfaction.

There are 4,700 eligible retailers in the United States and Canada, and only 140 received the 2014 Circle of Excellence Award. The honor is given to retailers that received outstanding online customer satisfaction scores throughout a one-year period. These ratings are received by millions of verified online buyers through Bizrate Insights, a Connexity company and one of the largest sources of consumer-generated reviews of online retailers in the United States.

Of the 140 award winners, OnlineLabels.com was one of 80 who achieved Platinum Status, the highest distinction. To obtain top honors, the company had to earn a score of at least 9 out of 10 in all seven key satisfaction indicators. These factors included: overall customer satisfaction, product selection, on-time delivery, the ease of finding products, repurchase intent, products meeting expectations and customer support.
