Loftware and Givaudan to Present Labeling Compliance Case Study at SAP Supply Chain Management Event
Portsmouth, NH (PRWEB) October 10, 2014 -- Loftware, Inc., the global leader in Enterprise Labeling Solutions, to exhibit at this year’s SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) event in Singapore on October 13, 2014 (Booth #440). Remy Furnon, Head of SAP Competency Center, Givaudan Singapore, will present the case study “How Givaudan Optimized Labeling While Ensuring Compliance Across a Global Landscape ” to showcase how deploying Loftware’s Enterprise Labeling Solution helped Givaudan address global labeling challenges, while maintaining compliance with dangerous goods regulations and GHS standards.
The Givaudan session, outlines how this global leader in the fragrances and flavor industry, was able to quickly react to changing regulatory and market-driven requirements to meet the rigors of high volume label printing across its global landscape. The presentation also will showcase how Givaudan leveraged SAP as a “single source of truth” for label data and how they managed regional labeling challenges, including support for local languages, in conjunction with the company’s global expansion.
The event, which hosts 30 exhibitors and offers 156 educational sessions, is designed for organizations using SAP solutions to drive operational excellence across the extended supply chain. The focus of the show is to inform SAP users how they may improve agility, cost allocation and visibility across the supply chain, while streamlining and automating supply chain data transfer between disparate systems.
“SAP SCM presents a great opportunity for us to meet with members of the SAP community that are dealing with impending compliance issues such as GHS,” stated Loftware Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, Josh Roffman. “The event provides a platform for us to highlight the critical role that Enterprise Labeling Solutions can play in quickly and efficiently meeting compliance challenges and optimizing supply chain efficiency,” he added.
