livingHR, the human capital management and talent management consulting organization based in Tampa, FL, has announced that Lisa Letizio will be joining their team as a Senior Human Capital Consultant. The growing organization has also announced the promotion of Cara Hunter, MBA, SPHR to Practice Director and Senior Talent Management Consultant.

“Our entire team is very excited and honored to congratulate Cara and welcome Lisa to livingHR,” said Keri Higgins-Bigelow, founder and president of livingHR. “Finding talent like Lisa and Cara will allow livingHR to continue to create healthy organizations that attract, engage and retain top talent, and identify Tampa as the capital of human capital. With organizations like WilsonHCG and livingHR that call Tampa home, as well as the birth of Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) in Bradenton, FL, I can see the Tampa area as one of the best cities to work in if you are in the business of HR (people) or technology."

Letizio, a respected Human Resources executive for more than 25 years, is a strategic and insightful business leader with experience building healthy cultures and strong leadership teams in fast-paced, goals-driven corporate environments. Letizio has built and revamped large-scale HR teams to meet the needs of very demanding businesses, both domestically and internationally. Her strengths and experience include executive compensation, talent acquisition, executive coaching, talent management and community affairs.

Letizio retired from her position as the Chief Human Resources Officer and an Executive Officer at HSN, Inc., in St. Petersburg, Florida. She served the company in that role since 1998. Letizio is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, WEL (Women Executive Leadership) and the St Petersburg Arts Alliance.

“Lisa has an incredible background, deep understanding of employment culture and strategy, and shares a similar, progressive approach to aligning culture and business strategy. Lisa will serve as both an advisor to livingHR and our clients—her proven experience and capabilities are a huge win for both,” said Higgins-Bigelow.

Cara Hunter, MBA, SPHR has been appointed Practice Director, Senior Talent Management Consultant at livingHR. Hunter was originally brought onto the livingHR team as a Talent Management Consultant. She quickly elevated to a Senior Talent Management Consultant role, and will now serve in a leadership capacity within the organization.
