ConnectBooster has recently completed upgrades to its payment processing software for Autotask users.
In ConnectBooster’s beta program, ConnectBooster’s Autopay function was only available for invoices that contained one (1) Autotask contract. This meant IT providers and Autotask users would have to invoice their IT clients multiple times, for multiple line items, inside of their Autotask contract functionality.
In the end, this limitation created one more step in the invoicing process for Autotask users.
To simplify the billing procedure for Autotask users, it was ConnectBooster's goal to eliminate this step.
"ConnectBooster’s development team took immediate action, as we received feedback from the Autotask community. We are pleased to announce that we have added the functionality requested and needed by Autotask users to efficiently get their users paid on time, every time. ConnectBooster's Autopay functionality now allows Autotask users to only have to send one invoice that contains multiple Autotask contract line items, thus making it easier for IT providers to be paid what is owed them,” said president Ryan Goodman, a partner with ConnectBooster.
