Anthony J. Delguyd Hired as Senior VP at Cleveland Commercial Real Estate Firm

As the group’s new Senior Vice President, Anthony J. Delguyd brings a global track record to the table that is second to none.

Anthony J. Delguyd has recently been tapped to fill the role of Senior Vice President at Ostendorf-Morris. Specifically, Delguyd will serve as SVP of the Cleveland commercial real estate firm’s Corporate Services Group. In this capacity, he will be responsible for improving operational efficiencies, advancing business development, spearheading transaction management and overseeing portfolio optimization on behalf of Ostendorf-Morris’ Fortune 1000 and Middle Market global clients.

Delguyd brings to the Ostendorf-Morris team over a quarter century of experience in real estate director positions. Most recently he served as Director, Real Estate at Pep Boys. Integral to this job title, he was charged with providing and implementing direction into the planning and execution of the real estate growth plan. He accomplished these aims through site analysis, negotiations, development and acquisitions. Prior to Pep Boys, Delguyd held the title of Director, Real Estate at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he spent over 23 years of his career.

In these two previous employment posts, Delguyd’s leadership capability was tapped to expand the companies’ global real estate portfolios. Overseeing 25 associates in both transaction and administrative support, his key directorial objectives included property management and lease administration, lease/acquisition negotiations, database administration and real estate accounting. His managerial and administrative talents have driven real estate expansion not only across the United States but also throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Delguyd holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Lake Erie College. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Chicago Title Insurance Company and is professionally affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers.
