Tea Leaves Expands Capability, Usability Of Physicianology™ Platform
Roswell, GA (PRWEB) October 14, 2014 -- Tea Leaves Health continues to enhance the portability and richness of its Physicianology™ platform with major updates to its already robust offerings.
Physicianology™ now offers expanded integration of marketwide provider, payer and procedure mix from provider claims data. This allows the user to see the payer and procedure mix for a single physician, a practice, a list of physicians or the entire market.
Claims data supplement the client’s EMR data to provide information from outside the walls of the organization. Adding payer and procedure mix information to the claims data offering provides better insight into physicians the health system may not currently be engaged with, and also provides greater visibility into the practice patterns of physicians already known. Payer and procedure mix is available on each physician’s profile, as well as in market area reports, and in our query builder tool. This supports data mining versus viewing traditional reports. For example, using Physicianology’s query builder, users can combine payer and procedure data to find physicians who may or may not be engaged with their organizations in order to more effectively and cost-efficiently target physicians and relationships.
“By expanding this part of the platform, our clients can gain insight and a usable, practical information mix that may not be present in their EMR,” said Lori Brenner, Tea Leaves Executive Vice President.
