Michael Herron – Chief Business Development Officer, is an accomplished Wall Street professional with more than two decades of investment sales management experience, building and leading multi-faceted financial institutions from both an organic level to multi-billion dollar operations. Herron’s former employers include Merrill Lynch, MF Global Inc., and Viper Trading. At MF Global Inc., Michael recruited, trained and led MFG’s investment sales trading and operations team for the West Coast Office, developing institutional relationships with pension plans, endowments, foundations and introducing brokers. In 2000, Herron pioneered a new online trade execution software for professional futures and stock traders, resulting with Viper Trading growing into one of the largest online brokerage firms on the West Coast in Viper’s first two years of operation. A team builder, leader and motivator, Michael is also a dynamic, creative thinker with high energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to take on difficult challenges.
Lisa Hopkins – Vice President of Marketing, Lisa is a graduate of Montclair State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. While at MSU Lisa was a member of the National Communication Honor Society and graduated with Honors.
Ms. Hopkins began her career in the fashion industry where she held a position in the Operations division at Ermenegildo Zegna. She went on to find a better fit in the financial field as a Sales Assistant at Morgan Stanley, one of the top financial institutions on Wall Street. She supported all levels of executive staff, including Managing and Executive Directors. She maintained the highest performance within a diverse range of administrative functions, such as office management, overseeing budgets, managing client meetings and organizing conferences.
Lisa carried her success into the Institutional Corporate Marketing group as a Marketing Associate covering the Asian Region. In this role, Lisa was the key point of contact to build strong client relationships between Sales and Investor Relations groups from Hong Kong, Korea to India and Australia. She acted as the lead coordinator for US based conferences for Asian Companies. She executed all event logistics, managed budgets, advised senior management on investor targeting and ensured all program details exceeded objectives and goals. She has traveled to Hong Kong and Singapore to participate in the Annual financial conferences.
