ZeroEnergy Design Captures Awards for Best Remodel and Best Energy Efficient Project

Green architect is honored at the 2014 PRISM Awards for a beautiful Boston Loft renovation and the exceptional energy performance of a Needham home.

The 2014 PRISM Awards honored ZeroEnergy Design (ZED) with multiple awards including ‘Best Remodel’ and ‘Best Energy Efficient Project.' The green architecture and mechanical design firm is known for its consistent focus on green homes and buildings. Hosted by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston, the PRISM Awards seek excellence in building, design, and industry related categories.

The awards received by ZeroEnergy Design included ‘Best Remodeling/Restoration - Between $250,000- $750,000’ with a Gold PRISM Award for the Family Loft located in Boston Massachusetts. ZED also won a Silver PRISM award for ‘Best Energy Efficient Project’ for a deep energy retrofit with addition in Needham, Massachusetts. Additionally, ZED provided energy consulting, mechanical design, and LEED consulting for the new Michael H Cole Building by Cape Associates & BLFR which won Gold for ‘Most Innovative Green Design’.
