As VP of Operations, Kin will manage the strategic and tactical operations of the Development, Support, and Professional Services Teams to ensure that each department is operating efficiently and effectively. Kin will work closely with the leaders of each department and will also work closely with leadership in the HR/Finance and the Sales and Marketing departments in order to improve collaboration across the organization.
Kin has over 20 years of experience in software development, information technology, and executive roles. Most recently, Kin served as Vice President of IT & Real Estate at Hercules Tire, where he led the implementation of the Epicor Eclipse ERP system in 1999. Before starting at Hercules Tire as the Director of MIS in 1999, Kin held various development and project management roles at Guardian Industries and Findlay Industries. He was also on the Board of Directors and the past President of the Eclipse User Group, an independent organization of distribution companies which use the Epicor Eclipse ERP software. Kin has an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
