SharePoint Fest will be returning to the Washington D.C. area with a conference scheduled for April 8-10 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in downtown DC. Registration will open today, October 16th.

We strongly believe that having SharePoint Fest in the Washington DC market presents a tremendous opportunity for bringing together one of the world's largest and most strategic SharePoint communities.

Returning from its successful conference in Bethesda in 2013, SharePoint Fest will be moving to a much larger and more central venue for 2015 in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located in downtown DC.

The event will consist of pre-conference workshops on April 8th, followed by a two day conference April 9-10. Over 40 speakers and 70+ sessions spread over multiple tracks are anticipated. In addition, there will be an expo featuring many of the leading SharePoint and In its fifth year, SharePoint Fest offers a two-day regional conferences (with an optional workshop day) that brings together SharePoint enthusiasts and practitioners, with many of the leading SharePoint experts and solution providers in North America.

At SharePoint Fest, participants will able to attend workshops and seminars taught by Microsoft Certified Trainers, Microsoft engineers, and Microsoft MCM's & MVPs. Tracks include: Enterprise Content Management, Implementation/Administration, Business Value, Search, Business Intelligence, Office 365, SharePoint Development, and SharePoint 2013.

Attendees may concentrate on a complete learning track or mix and match based on the content that best meets their individual and organization’s current needs.

The conference will have sessions created for SharePoint administrators, software developers, business analysts, information architects, and knowledge workers which will ensure that attendees and their teams walk away with the knowledge they need to truly leverage SharePoint in their current environment.
