Ford, Orbitz Among Finalists Competing in Loyalty360 Customer Experience Awards
Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) October 16, 2014 -- A field of 18 brands, representing those that are truly putting the customer at the center of their respective companies, is set to compete in the inaugural Loyalty360 CX Awards. The awards will be presented during a special luncheon at the 4th annual Engagement & Experience Expo set for Nov. 10 – 12 in Dallas.
Most companies understand that delivering consistently strong customer experiences is vital to brand health and customer loyalty. Yet, as brands tap into new technologies, tools, and techniques to understand their customers and build relationships with them, today’s environment also makes successful execution of customer experience strategies more complex. The awards finalists have shared their success stories in building and executing on those crucial customer experience strategies.

A jury consisting of 10 experienced industry professionals reviewed and scored each entry. To make the awards truly objective and unbiased, judges scored each entry based on strict scoring guidelines. Evidence of measurable results was emphasized.
