Scott’s Dental Supply had been using Microsoft Dynamics GP for many years, but was not utilizing it to its fullest potential. They sought out a new partnership to help with their future goals of streamlining processes. After moving to The Resource Group, an operational review was performed on their existing Microsoft Dynamics GP solution, which revealed where, how and why bottlenecks were happening. This helped The Resource Group to identify and recommend several ways to streamline the order and backorder processes.
