Callahan & Associates Launches Time Saving Resource for CFOs and CLOs
Washington, DC (PRWEB) October 16, 2014 -- Callahan & Associates is now offering two additional sections of the Executive Resource Center (ERC). The Finance ERC and the Lending ERC are now live, joining the Human Resource ERC that went live earlier this year.
The ERC provides credit union professionals with role-specific operational documents they are free to use and edit to fit their needs. “Rather than talking in theory about how another credit union drafts policies and procedures, we’re able to hand them the playbook from the other credit union,” said Tim Taylor, vice president of account management at Callahan.
Since its August launch, the most downloaded ERC documents include ALCO and ALM models, vendor management policies and rating criteria, enterprise risk management templates, and loan participation strategies. In-depth policies outlining consumer, real estate, and member business lending are also popular downloads.
“I think the ERC is a great idea and resource,” said Eric Bugger, vice president of consumer lending at Wright-Patt Credit Union in Dayton, OH. “Having access to these types of documents stimulated ideas that help me think of things I might not otherwise have thought of. I’ve downloaded documents and printed them to review with my team in greater detail.”
The ERC is available to subscribers of Callahan & Associates’ Leadership Program and is accessible by signing into Callahan.com. Once in the ERC, users can browse documents by topic or submit their own documents for use by other credit unions. Documents can be submitted anonymously.
