Chef, Dirk De Cuyper, will demonstrate the preparation of Pan Seared Sea Bass in a White Wine Sauce with Green Pea Pesto & Vegetable Risotto as well as signing copies of his book, Charting Culinary Courses. Wine sommelier, Margaret Shugart, will be pairing lovely varietals for the assorted dishes being served.
As guests tour the expansive estate of 8 Bedrooms, 9 Baths, 2 Half-Baths, award winning movie theater, fully equipped gym, Library with imported Italian fireplace, Great Room featuring 18th Century Normandy Fireplace and six car garage, they will enjoy. To close off the afternoon, homemade petit fours including macaron de Paris, Belgian chocolate truffles, mediants & cookies will be served upstairs in the “Tea Room.”
