Washington, DC (PRWEB) October 20, 2014
The Office of Management and Budget’s two-year grants reform effort is the biggest change in federal grants policy in 50 years. A Guide to OMB Grant Reform, a new book co-published by Atlantic Information Services and Bob Lloyd, principal of Federal Fund Management Advisor, offers a comprehensive overview of those changes — pinpointing the differences between what’s required now and how federal requirements will change after Dec. 26, 2014, the “effective date” of OMB’s uniform guidance.
A Guide to OMB Grant Reform offers practical guidance organizations can use to align their policies and procedures with these new requirements affecting:
- Pre-award budgeting and awarding agency scrutiny,
- Cost allowability,
- Purchasing goods and services,
- Time and effort documentation,
- Indirect cost recovery,
- Subrecipient management and monitoring,
- Single audit readiness,
- ...and much more.
In addition to insightful commentary and suggestions for compliance best practices from Bob Lloyd, this how-to guide contains all the primary documents for easy reference.
