Virtek Vision and Baykal Machinery Sign Distribution Agreement for LaserQC
WATERLOO, Ontario, Canada (PRWEB) October 17, 2014 -- Virtek Vision International, a market leader in the field of laser-based manufacturing technologies, announced today a signed distribution agreement with Baykal Machinery for the Virtek LaserQC® inspection system. The LaserQC will be demonstrated in hall 14, stand H14 at EuroBLECH 2014, the international sheet metal working technology exhibition taking place 21 - 25 October in Hanover, Germany.
Baykal is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of sheet metal fabrication machinery, specializing in press brakes, shears, notchers, punching machines, laser cutting systems, plasma cutting machines, waterjet cutting and vertical machining centers. The addition of the LaserQC to the Baykal portfolio will expand the reach of their machinery products into the quality control departments of their current customer base, as well as new prospects. Headquartered in Bursa, Turkey, Baykal will distribute the LaserQC 800, 1200 and AFM inspection systems through regional offices and appointed dealers.
With an evolution of more than 15 years and over 1000 systems installed worldwide, LaserQC is a family of rapid inspection systems that employs lasers to measure the accuracy of 2 dimensional and formed parts to very tight tolerances.
