Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Learning in Practice Award for Business Impact recognizes accomplishments in measuring the impact of talent development programs.

Aperian Global, a leading provider of consulting, training, and web tools for global talent development, announced that Ford Motor Company, one of the company’s learning partners, was awarded the Bronze Business Impact Award at the Fall 2014 Chief Learning Officer Symposium. The Award recognized Ms. Kamali Rajesh, Human Resources Director-Recruitment, Learning and Organization Development, Ford Motor Company Asia Pacific, and her accomplishments in measuring the business impact of talent development programs, including the Compass Program, an emerging leaders modular program designed in partnership with Aperian Global.

The Compass Program has assisted in the acceleration of emerging leaders’ development across China, Thailand, India, and South Africa. Many participants in the Program have successfully taken on expanded roles and responsibilities as a result of their development.

David Everhart, President of Aperian Global and lead consultant for the Compass Program, was also in attendance at the Symposium to congratulate Ms. Rajesh on receiving the award, “We are very grateful for our continued partnership with Ford Motor Company, and we are pleased that Kamali has been recognized for her dedication to the field of employee development and the work she has accomplished.”
