Based in the UK and now in its ninth year, the Retail Systems Awards recognize technology excellence and innovation within the retail sector. The Retail Systems Awards honor both retailers and retail technology providers in twenty different categories, ranging from supply chain and payments solutions to mobile technologies and retail websites. The new Multi-Channel Technology Vendor of the Year Award will recognize a technology vendor who has excelled across channels, implementing innovative technology into multi-channel retail organizations during the past year. Judges will be looking for evidence of how the deployment of the company’s technology has led to an improvement in the overall efficiency of a retailer’s multi-channel operations.
