The Villa Group Announces Construction of New Villa La Valencia Resort in the Famed Golden Zone of Cabo
Los Cabos, Mexico (PRWEB) October 17, 2014 -- The Villa Group, operator of a unique collection of hotels and luxury resorts in Mexico, today announced that it is readying to break ground on an exciting new property called Villa la Valencia, to be situated on what is known as the famed “Golden Zone” in Los Cabos.
Located on the corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo along some of the most pristine beaches in Cabo, Villa la Valencia by Villa Group is slated to feature 260 luxury suites, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with penthouses.
The new resort will join the Villa Group’s collection of existing properties in Los Cabos, including Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas, Villa La Estancia and Villa del Arco.

The crown jewel of the property will be its signature reef-inspired pool, which is also slated to showcase numerous in-pool aquariums featuring fish and sea life indigenous to the area.

A lazy river will also surround the property, allowing guests to float atop inner tubes on flowing water, while making pit stops at margarita stands along the way. Other features are expected to include up to four restaurants with international fare, a state-of-the-art gym and innovative spa.
The Villa Group is expected to break ground on the project this holiday/winter season, with construction projected to be complete within two years.
