One Nevada Credit Union is pleased to announce its Fall Shred event in Pahrump. This free, community-wide event raises awareness about identity theft while giving back to the community.
The community shred event will be held on Thursday, October 30 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Pahrump Branch at 280 S. HWY 160 Suite 2, Pahrump, NV 89048; rain or shine.
Assured Document Destruction will be on-site to safely and properly dispose of personal documents including recyclable paper products, magazine, envelopes and newspapers. Electronics, ink cartridges and cardboard will not be accepted. In addition, One Nevada has partnered with the local nonprofit, No To Abuse, to collect donations. Items requested include nonperishables, toiletries, clothing, household items or cash donations accepted.
Members and non members are encouraged to bring up to three boxes or bags of personal documents.
