Allen Jacques has joined the company as Vice President, Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Analytics, and Geoff Wolfe has joined the company as Vice President, Customer Success and Professional Services. Mr. Jacques will oversee the company’s pharma business and will lead the company’s efforts to introduce new capabilities that address key challenges in the pharma industry. Mr. Wolfe will manage all aspects of customer satisfaction and professional services.

Mr. Jacques brings nearly 30 years of pharma and health sciences supply chain experience to FusionOps. He joined FusionOps from Pfizer, Inc., where as VP of Network Supply Planning, he was responsible for production planning, issue identification and mitigation via S&OP processes, and global inventory. Prior to Pfizer, he was AVP of Supply Chain for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Director of Supply Chain for Baxter Bioscience, and managed a medical device joint venture in Yugoslavia. Mr. Jacques received his degree in Microbiology from the University of Maryland and did graduate work and research in immunology at Johns Hopkins University.
Mr. Wolfe has a 20-year track record of delivering successful client solutions for enterprise software companies with leadership roles in professional services, customer success, product management, and engineering. Prior to FusionOps, he led the platform enablement group at Moovweb that included program management, strategic implementations, education services, and technical support. Mr. Wolfe conceived and developed the analytics practice that delivers business analysis to Moovweb clients and an industry index to the mobile commerce market. He was previously VP, Customer Success for Sendori, an advertising network division of InterActiveCorp, where he was responsible for account management, analytics, and network optimization teams. Mr. Wolfe has held leadership roles at MyBuys, Ask Jeeves, and PeopleSoft. He received his MBA at UC Berkeley and achieved a BA in Economics-Business at UCLA.
