Predictive Service, a global leader in providing engineering, maintenance, reliability and sustainability solutions, has announced the appointment of Ed Stanek, a veteran of the consulting and engineering field, to President of Reliability Consulting.

As President of Reliability Consulting, Mr. Stanek is responsible for Predictive Service’s reliability solutions and consulting services, including the development of client specific business strategies, corporate program designs, process improvements, and optimizing manufacturing, maintenance and reliability programs worldwide.

Prior to joining Predictive service, Mr. Stanek served as Owner and President of LAI Reliability Systems, and is a past chairman of the Society of Tribology and Lubrication Engineers. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Stanek is a trainer, consultant and leader in the maintenance and reliability fields, having created a wide variety of specialized training systems and consulting tools, such as: The Work Management Simulation; co-authored 40 SCORM and AICC certified eLearning training courses on Preventive Maintenance Optimization, Total Productive Maintenance, Overall Equipment Effectiveness Optimization, and Productivity Optimization processes. Ed is a well-known speaker at maintenance and reliability conferences around the world.
