The latest release of Patientology™ features robust options that increase the functionality, accountability and reporting capabilities for patients and prospects.

In addition to improvements in the way demographics and patient/prospect encounters are displayed and filtered, the industry’s most advanced, user-driven business intelligence platform now offers success-based reporting and Tea Flows, a visual-based marketing automation feature developed by Tea Leaves Health specifically for Patientology users.

Success-Based Reporting
This new feature significantly expands the power and flexibility Tea Leaves Health already has with its robust reporting capabilities. “It’s all about giving the user options and the ability to define how – and how specific – they want their criteria to be, whether that’s by service line, clinical code, time, channel, facilities, patients, physicians or any combination of these factors,” says Jim Schleck, partner and founder of Tea Leaves Health.

Tea Flows
Tea Flows, a leading-edge, healthcare-specific marketing automation tool developed by Tea Leaves Health, represents a new way for users to visualize the marketing automation steps as they build custom logic for trigger campaigns.

Tea Flows are based on saved queries or data points, and users are able to choose a creative template (email, direct mail or IVR) based on their preference.

“One of the great things about Tea Flows is that the user defines the parameters of their marketing activity, so they can effectively communicate and promote services, send reminders or simply build their brand in a way that will maximize profitability,” Schleck says. “Then, they can react based on how – or if – patients respond to their automated marketing and communications efforts, whether they click, call or come in for care. We can extend the marketing department resources by automating all of the steps, making the job of the marketers more targeted and easier. And the best part is they don’t have to build this process. We’ve done it for them. That alone saves the user a significant amount of time and money.”

With Tea Flows, users can focus on four primary areas to improve efficiency and profitability:

  • Cost avoidance
  • Retention
  • Acquisition
  • Population health

“These upgrades really symbolize what Tea Leaves Health is all about,” Schleck says. “Our goal is to always be one step ahead providing constant innovation to our clients and the industry as a whole. We are always gathering input from our clients and making upgrades to stay that one step ahead. We know we have a highly effective, results-based tool in Patientology, but we never stop trying to make it better.”

“The success-based reporting tools and Tea Flows, like all of our quarterly upgrades, are offered at no additional cost, which demonstrates our unceasing innovation and unbeatable value proposition to our clients,” says Schleck.
