Aptara designed a series of eLearning courses using a blended learning curriculum in which learners are presented with a linear workflow for completing the tax return, and can test their knowledge throughout the module.

Aptara and BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina (BCBSNC): Annual Compliance - Code of Conduct WBT
BCBSNC’s universal code of conduct required 100% employee adherence. Working with BCBSNC instructional designers, Aptara created a set of courses with a story-based, comic strip design in an interactive, simulated environment. Aptara’s stylistic approach improved learner engagement and was a welcome change from typical compliance training.

Aptara and BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina: Retirement Benefit Changes for 2014
BCBSNC needed to convey changes to their retirement benefits package to their employee base. Aptara created four separate videos with guidelines for helping employees derive their maximum benefits. The design included positive, reassuring imagery and references, and blended infographics, text animations, and other interactive elements.
