The Two Henrys Brewing Company is bringing back Henry Plant and Henry Flagler as the star attractions at its 2nd annual Biertober Festival, but before Biertober Fest, Plant and Flagler will kick off a fundraising initiative.
The Two Henrys will make the announcement beside a bronze bust of Henry Plant on the Riverwalk in Curtis Hixon Park, across from the historic Tampa Bay Hotel which opened in 1891 and became the University of Tampa in 1933.
Two Henrys Brewing Company will contribute to the Chiselers and their Scholarship fund. The Chiselers are dedicated to the restoration and preservation of the Tampa Bay Hotel which is designated as an "American Treasure" by The National Park Service. Part of the Chiselers commitment includes contributing to the present day U of Tampa scholarship fund.
The Two Henrys will announce a program to honor the legacy of the two men who laid the tracks that connected Florida to the world with donations to the Chiselers U of Tampa Scholarship fund.
