What You Need to Know About New Jersey's New Alimony Bill

The discussion covered how the new law impacts alimony decisions in four major areas: Eric S. Solotoff of Fox Rothschild LLP discussed Changes in Terminology and Limits on Duration; Susan Reach Winters of Budd Larner P.C. discussed the Impact of Retirement on the Termination Date of Alimony; Joseph P. Cadicina Esq., Laufer, Dalena, Cadicina, Jensen & Boyd, LLC talked about the Modification and Termination of Alimony Due to Loss of Employment and Cimmerian A. Morgan, Esq., Einhorn Harris Ascher Barbarito & Frost, PC lead a discussion on the Effect of Post-Divorce Cohabitation.
Over 40 professionals including family law attorneys and CPAs attended the event for which they received CLE and CPE credits, respectively. This session was part of an ongoing Professional Education Series being offered by AEPG Wealth Strategies who is authorized to offer CLE and CPE credits to participants.
