Squirrel King Enterprises (http://www.squirrelking.org), an independent toy manufacturer and media company, today announced the release of “A Halloween Treat,” the latest in their signature line of quirky, made-for-web videos showcasing the eponymous craft squirrels.

“We're really excited about this video,” said co-found Rufus Williams. “It's the third video we've released this year, and I think by far the closest yet to our true aesthetic, which is incorporating disparate elements in one fun, cohesive whole. That's what we want kids to see—that everything around you can be used in some creative way.”

Squirrel King Enterprises has been selling their “Squirrel Craft Kits” for less than a year, and already they have distribution throughout North America. “They're part of a wave of these eco-friendly, educational toys that seek to not just fly off the shelf, but to encourage new ways of thinking about the world we live in,” said Squirrel King's other co-founder, Justus Zimmerman.

Squirrel King Enterprises is a small, independent toy and media company based in Santa Monica, CA. Their kits come in a giant, recycled-paper acorn and include everything one needs to craft three of the company's cheeky little squirrels. The kits are assembled in the United States and available at fine toy, book and gift stores throughout North America, as well as online.
