NESH: MIND | BODY | SOUL, a health and wellness start-up, will launch yoga classes at The Loft Learning Center in Brooklyn’s iconic Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood on Saturday, November 1, 2014. Located in a modern and comfortable space, NESH: MIND | BODY | SOUL is creating an environment where the community can come to focus on their own personal needs.
Spearheaded by founder, Dynesha Henderson, NESH: MIND | BODY | SOUL will offer dynamic morning yoga classes that help individuals in the community to prepare their mind and body for the day. Promoted over the past year across the five boroughs, NESH: MIND | BODY | SOUL offers the experience of thinking about yourself comprehensively.
“My vision was to share this mind body soul model with a large diverse community,” says Ms. Henderson. “Brooklyn has been my home for the past few years, and I am privileged to offer my knowledge and this unique experience to our community.
Ms. Henderson adds, “My mission is to connect and grow personal relationships with members of the community. I am dedicated to creating an environment that benefits everyone who walks in to our space.”

Dynesha Henderson is a Chicago native and the visionary behind NESH Mind | Body | Soul, a start-up wellness center in Brooklyn that offers therapy for the mind, yoga for the body, and a coffee shop to nurture the soul. She is a couples and family therapist, who trained at the Ackerman Institute for the Family and graduated with her Masters degree in Social Work from Chicago State University.
