“Digital business is blurring the lines between the digital and the physical worlds, disrupting Financial Services and redefining the role of IT,” says Vincent Oliva, Managing Vice President and Head of Financial Services Industry Research at Gartner. The big conversations going on in the financial services community today revolve around the pressures to deal with regulations and creation of leading-edge customer experiences at tolerable price points. The business model transformations in the industry rely on rapid and secure adaptations of mobility, social media and cloud-based services. What were the trends from last year that demand implementations this year? Shaping an idea to create a business advantage is both a science and an art. WSTA has designed this seminar to find a meeting ground to discuss ideas, toolkits, real challenges and real implementations.
