AboutLocal lets small retailers listen to and engage with their customers in real time across hundreds of disparate online channels while staying within the budget of small businesses. AboutLocal has been used in private beta by thousands of restaurants, small retailers, hotels, marketing agencies, industry trade groups and more. For just $20 per month per retail location, merchants also have access to content originating from hundreds of consumer platforms like Google+ Local, Instagram, Foursquare, Yahoo, Facebook, Urbanspoon, and more. AboutLocal lets the merchant know when customers share their experiences by sending them an email alert when they need to pay attention.
