Simmons is a well-known expert within the industry who has spoken at both national and global conferences such as Search Marketing Expo (SMX), Search Engine Strategies (SES) and Search Insider Summit (SIS). He has also participated in marketing events like Direct Marketers Association (DMA) and in local information exchanges, including speaking to entrepreneurs and venture capitalists at the UCLA Anderson School of Business.
Ansley Sudderth, social media training and communications coordinator for ForRent.com® and Homes.com, posesses expert insight into social media, today’s millenials, marketing strategies in the multifamily and real estate space, and hands-on training. On October 23 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., Sudderth will be providing insight into social media training for those in the industry, a topic with which she has a great deal of practical experience having been immersed in the social media medium for a decade. Sudderth said, “With the social media landscape changing every day, learning the strategies behind the platform to empower and serve clients at every encounter and interaction is key.” She will delve into how marketers can best employ social media in the multifamily space.
