EPA Head Gina McCarthy to Speak at Georgetown University Friday
(PRWEB) October 21, 2014 -- U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY Administrator Gina McCarthy will speak on the future of energy and the environment at Georgetown’s 2014 LEAD Conference Oct. 24.
The talk is a part of the third annual McCourt School of Public Policy conference called LEAD, which stands for Leadership, Evidence, Analysis and Debate.
Called The Power of Opinion: How Americans’ Preferences on Energy Point a Way Forward on Climate Change, this year’s conference will explore how American public opinion may be key to unlocking a politically viable path forward on energy policy and climate change.
