On November 5, 2014, Jessica Kalloch, the Business Development will attend the 21st Annual Women Who Mean Business (WWMB) Awards Ceremony, and is honored with a nomination and finalist status for the first time. Jessica joined the plumbers in March 2010 as the first of her kind in the industry. She developed her role from the ground up, creating a niche in the plumbing and HVAC trade. Her success has added value to Bill Howe across divisions by creating a concierge style customer relationship for all account customers and has improved the overall customer service policies within the company.
Jessica was nominated, and chosen as a finalist, because of her dedication and hard work. She has made numerous improvements to Bill Howe and the industry, including an email work flow, appointing direct representatives for account customers, new and existing, and strengthened the communication between office, technician and customer. Jessica acts as liaison, personally connecting with every customer, listening to their needs and delivering 100 percent of the time. Additionally, she sits on several industry boards including being elected to the Executive Board of Building Owners and Managers Association for the 2015 year.
