Irvine, CA (PRWEB) October 23, 2014
Sentinel Offender Services announced the successful completion of its 9001:2008 annual surveillance audit for their corporate office in Irvine, California. This location houses their national monitoring center: help desk; software design and development; equipment manufacturing and repair center; and warehouse operations.
The audit was performed by American Systems Registrar, and Sentinel passed this audit with zero (0) non-conformities - the best result possible. ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally-recognized quality management system (QMS) standard that requires certified companies to implement a comprehensive quality plan that addresses all operational areas.
Johana Garcia, Quality Control Manager, says passing this year’s surveillance audit with zero findings demonstrates the effectiveness of Sentinel’s quality management system.
“This confirms that our employees at every level are following our documented processes and procedures with the aim of enhancing our customer’s satisfaction,” she said.
Darryl Martin, Divisional President, states “Sentinel is extremely pleased to have successfully completed this audit, which confirms our commitment to delivering quality products and services. Sentinel will continue to develop and provide quality-assured products and services through its expansive portfolio while working continuously to improve our product and service delivery systems and performance.”
Certificates were issued by American Systems Registrar, an international registrar headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
