American Natural Gas Acquires Northville NG Fuels
Saratoga Springs, NY (PRWEB) October 23, 2014 -- American Natural Gas, LLC (ANG) is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of Northville NG Fuels, LLC. The acquisition includes three (3) compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling stations in Indiana, adding to ANG’s station portfolio. The CNG fueling stations are located in Frankfort, IN; Vincennes, IN and Indianapolis, IN and serve a variety of high profile customers.

ANG is planning significant upgrades at the Indianapolis Airport location to accommodate the increase in demand and to improve reliability, including the addition of a second compressor, three additional bottles of storage and other improvements to enhance the reliability of the station and to continue ANG’s tradition of industry best station uptime. Additionally, operational modifications will be made to the Frankfort and Vincennes locations to optimize station performance.
