Pro Player Health Alliance and the American Sleep & Breathing Academy Dental Division Team up to Tackle Sleep Apnea on The Whitney Reynolds Show
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) October 23, 2014 -- In May of 2014, David Gergen, President of Pro Player Health Alliance (PPHA) and Executive Director of the American Sleep & Breathing Academy Dental Division (ASBADD), was contacted by the Whitney Reynolds Show. They were interested in filming a TV special about the prevalence of sleep apnea found among NFL players. As the President of PPHA, Gergen immediately knew that this was something he and the former NFL greats he works with would be perfect for. In July of 2014, David Gergen teamed up with former All-Pro NFL Wide Receiver Roy Green, Dr. Archie Roberts, Dr. Robert Wolf and Dr. Todd Swick in Chicago to film the PBS special for the Whitney Reynolds Show. After months of anticipation, Gergen is excited to announce that the sleep apnea TV special will begin airing in Chicago on WYCC channel 20 on Saturday, November 1st at 4:00PM and again on Sunday, November 2nd @ 4:30AM. Don’t worry, those that do not live in Chicago will still be able to watch the Whitney Reynolds sleep apnea special via YouTube by searching Whitney Reynolds/sleep apnea on Tuesday, November 4th. The program will also be airing in other markets across the country this winter; please check local PBS listings.
