Cornerstone Managing Partners (CMP) launches the largest construction re-pipe in San Diego's history at the Grande North Condos on Pacific Highway. Allgire General Contractors will be responsible for the pipe removal and replacement, with Cornerstone Managing Partners managing all phases of construction to span the next 13 months. Over 4 miles of pipe weave throughout 39 floors and 221 units, making this project the largest and most unique "re-pipe" ever to be accomplished in North America.
Tom Brooks, CMP President, states, "Cornerstone Managing Partners (http://cmpcorp.net) is honored to be working with Richard Zizian and the entire management and staff at the Grande North to successfully re-pipe every home in the building." Richard Zizian is a 35-year experienced HOA consultant and the current President of the Board of Directors for the Grande North. "Our team is excited to be a part of a revolutionary and historic construction project at the Grande North."
