Exceeding Excellence (EX2) is a new initiative launched by Rothers Group to continue the company’s focus on exceeding client expectations with both services and products. Rothers Group prides itself on its clients’ satisfaction levels. Therefore, there is great excitement that EX2 will enable continued enhancement of client experiences.

Rothers designed EX2 as an evolving programme to provide continuous guidance and feedback regarding the company’s decisions affecting customer service and product satisfaction. EX2 will provide a filter for each action by Rothers employees enabling a real-time evaluation against a historical analysis of best practices, client feedback, and competitor offerings.

Rothers believes EX2 will accomplish the following objectives throughout 2015 as the programme is fully developed and integrated with operations:
1. Continuous development and evolution of best practices,
2. Early detection of unsatisfactory services and/or products to be provided, and
3. Improved project management efficiency and effectiveness.
