OpenWater Announces New Support and Sales Staff Members to Keep Up With Demand of Growing Awards Industry
(PRWEB) October 28, 2014 -- OpenWater, a cloud-based awards program software provider, is pleased to announce four new hires within the company.
Jim Newcombe joins OpenWater as a Business Development Representative. Mr. Newcombe, graduate of Dartmouth College, has worked as an intern in the past at several consulting and private equity firms. Recently Jim was a Division I Rowing Coach at Georgetown University. His previous experience provides an essential foundation for his role at OpenWater, working with potential customers to learn more about their awards program and how OpenWater’s software can meet their needs. According to Timothy Spell, CEO of OpenWater, “Jim’s ability to take on a leadership role is exemplified by his previous coaching and work experience, positioning him for great success as he corresponds with potential customers interested in the software that OpenWater has to offer.”
Zack London, graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, also joins OpenWater as a Business Development Representative. Mr. London comes to OpenWater with a versatile background ranging from custom carpentry to publication editing. What makes him stand out, however, are his excellent communication skills that help him connect with potential clients, says Mr. Spell. “Zack has a great way of communicating with our potential clients, gaining real insight into their awards programs that helps both them and us to improve continually. I think that really shines through and resonates with people.”
Kyle Suib joins the OpenWater sales team as the Onboarding and Implementation Manager. Mr. Suib, a graduate from the University of Delaware and Delaware lightweight rowing, comes to OpenWater after first making a transition from being a Federal Paralegal to a Budget Analyst for the Department of State. Kyle assists with the onboarding of new clients and works with them one-on-one as they implement their awards program. Through his work he is also building a community of OpenWater clients who understand and appreciate the software as much as he does. According to Mr. Spell “Kyle’s passion for client interaction and unique communication skills is an essential asset to not only support customers but also help them understand the full extent of what our product is designed to handle.”
Andrew Eells is the final addition to the OpenWater team and will serve as the Customer Hero to provide teaching, support, and guidance to customers as they learn and run the OpenWater software for their awards program. “With several years of customer service and computer service experience, Mr. Eells’ expertise in customer relations is a proven asset for the OpenWater team,” according to Mr. Spell.
